01 — Background
I started at McKinsey & Company, advising boards and CEOs on strategy. Then I crossed the table and took operator seats inside the companies that hire the consultants — leading product, innovation and AI/ML programs end-to-end.
02 — What I've led
0→1 product launches and 1→100 scaling. Enterprise AI/ML programs. Cultural transformation across 11 countries — Canada, USA, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, UK, Spain, France, Japan and Australia. Working in that many cultures is what taught me how organizations actually change.

The pattern was clear after two decades: one senior lead working alongside the client's own people outperforms a parachuted 12-person team that leaves with the knowledge. ZettaGo is built around that conviction.
